ORION Threshold settings are part of the "Assign To" card. They are done by 20% increments, and the values must be in ascending order and under 100. Students and instructors can see the ORION Policy in the Class Assignments view, and Students can also see it in the right side panel when taking an ORION assignment (see screenshot).
