Instructors do not get notifications when content errors are reported. If Wiley does take down a problematic question that was used by students in the class, instructors will see a message in the assignment summary that a particular question was deactivated, and that they should edit grades appropriately. Students see the same message.
I communicated this message to a professor today and her response is, why bother reporting things if we don't get feedback. How are we supposed to get answers if we have questions. Something we need to think about! Thanks.
